A crack is the last step, not the first
By the time damage is visible, the ground beneath an asset has usually been moving for months or years. Satellite radar measures that movement while it is still millimetres — before it reaches a wall, a track or a foundation — which changes the question from how to repair to whether repair is needed at all.
Every structure, every pass, one method
Radar measures every stable reflector across the asset and the terrain around it on each satellite pass, against a single consistent reference. Nothing depends on where an instrument happened to be installed, and seasonal ground behaviour is separated from the persistent movement that actually warrants attention.
Inspect what is moving, not everything
Movement is ranked by rate, so field effort goes to the structures that are changing rather than being spread evenly across those that are not. Thresholds follow your own escalation procedure, and the displacement history behind every alert is auditable evidence when a decision has to be defended.
